Michael Symeonides - CIC, Licensed Agent
Michael is the owner of SAS Insurance Agency, Inc. and has been licensed since 1983. He joined the agency in October 1986 and obtained the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor in 1993. Michael sells and services both personal and commercial lines accounts and life insurance. He likes to build his business by getting referrals and networking with realtors, mortgage brokers and attorneys in the Kearny and northern New Jersey area. Michael is very active with the Kearny Lions Club, is a board member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Bergen/Hudson Counties, and is active with the Greek-American Chamber of Commerce.

Jeffrey Symeonides - Licensed Agent Jeffrey founded Symeonides Insurance Agency in 1965 as a direct writer for Nationwide Insurance Co. After Nationwide left the State of NJ in 1977, our office joined the ranks of the independent agency system by signing contracts with insurance companies who solely did business with independent agents. Jeffrey is still today active with the agency in handling some commercial lines accounts, bookkeeping and life insurance.

Carmela "Candy" Zarro - Office Manager
Candy has been in the insurance business for 24 years, specializing in Personal Lines. She is very knowledgeable in all areas of personal lines insurance, and is very eager to assist clients in obtaining good coverage and very competitive premiums. Dina Jourdan - Licensed Customer Service Rep.
Dina is a licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Rep, handling personal automobile, homeowners, dwelling fire, personal umbrella, watercraft, and much more. Dina is very knowledgeable and friendly and handles all Personal Lines clients with the last name beginning with the letters A-L. Dina is fluent is Spanish. She can be reached at extension 16.
Sandra Sousa - Personal Lines Assistant As our personal lines assistant Sandra processes auto questionnaires and applications. She also handles claims, monitors cancellations and works with all personal lines computer programs. Sandra speaks both Portuguese and Spanish. Sandra can be reached at extension 14.
Mario Nunez - Licensed Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep
Mario works in our commercial lines department. His duties include processing endorsement changes, rating coverages for review, taking change requests, and following up on the many various items that go along with the day to day workings of commercial insurance. Maria Garcia - Filing Clerk
Maria works on a part-time basis. Her duties include opening, date stamping, and separating incoming mail. She also reviews policies for accuracy. Maria keeps our files in order and is fluent in Spanish.
